In this work, my aim is to feature not only an empowering and strong outfit but also to introduce more diversity in the digital space, that´s why the avatar has an ileostomy bag.

I worked as a nurse for almost 10 years before changing my path to pursue another passion: fashion. During all those years, I keenly felt the importance and impact that physical appearance has on individuals. Some people, in certain cases, had doubts about undergoing operations or treatments because of the visual impact it might have on their bodies, even though it would save or improve their lives.

We are in the era of social media and visuals, and each of us has the power to normalize all kinds of bodies or conditions. Let's use it!
